沈阳市土地集约利用综合水平评价研究——基于15个副省级城市比较分析

Evaluation of Intensive Urban Land Use in Shenyang City Based on the Comparative Study of 15 Vice-Provincial Cities

沈阳市处于经济社会快速发展时期,科学的评价土地集约利用综合水平,可以更好的为其提供土地要素保障。在对2009年数据进行统计分析的基础上,采用综合评价法比较了沈阳市与其他副省级城市的土地集约利用综合水平。结果表明:沈阳市土地利用基本集约,同时土地集约利用各方面存在一定差异。据此,沈阳市在未来土地集约利用中应注意优化产业结构,提高土地效益;加强政府调控,完善用地机制;探索公众参与有效途径。

With the rapid development of economy and society of Shenyang City, a scientific evaluation of intensive urban land use of the city benefits land supply. Based on the statistics of the year 2008, this paper conducts a comparative study of intensive urban land use of Shenyang City and the other vice-provincial cities, concluding that urban land use of the city is basically intensive, and there are differences in all respects of urban land use. Therefore, urban land use in Shenyang City should improve industrial structure, raise efficiency of urban land use, enhance macro-conditioner of the government, complete and perfect the mechanism of urban land use, and explore effective measures of public participation.
