青光眼相对性瞳孔传入障碍定量测定及其与盘沿面积差值的关系 被引量:3

Quantitation of the Relative Afferent Pupillary Defect and Correlation between It and the Difference of Neuroretinal Rim Area in Glaucoma

摘要 46例非对称性青光眼(包括24例原发性开角型青光眼及22例青睫综合征)相对性瞳孔传入障碍(relative afferent pupillary defect,RAPD)定量值与视野缺损(visual field defect,VFD)的比较,及其与两眼盘沿面积(neuroretinal rim area,NRA)差值的相关分析,证明RAD是非对称性青光眼视神经纤维损害的重要体征之一。它不仅可能出现于VFD之前,而且与两眼NRA差值密切相关。 Quantitative measurements of the relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD) were compared with visual field defect (VFD) and correlated to the difference of neuro-retinalrim area (NRA) between both eyes. This study was composed of 46 cases of asymmetric glaucoma, including 24 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and 22 patients with Posner-Schlossman syndrome. It was proved that RAPD was an important sign of opticnerve fiber damage in asymmetric glaucoma. It may be not only shown before VFD, but also was highly significantly correlated with the difference of NRA. between both eyes.
