角膜内皮炎的分类及治疗

Clinical Classification and Treatment of Corneal Endotheliitis

角膜内皮炎是一种新的临床类型,以深基质水肿及角膜后沉着物为特征。将14例(15眼)角膜内皮炎根据临床特征及治疗反应,分为急性特发性、急性中央水肿型及角膜葡萄膜炎型三类。结合文献对各类型的发病原因、治疗效果及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

Corneal endotheliitis has been a recently recognized clinical entity which comprises several diseases with common clinical manifestations. It manifests with corneal edema and scattering keratic precipitates within the lesion. In a severe case, a line of keratic precipitates, resembling the rejection line was observed. Through the retrospective survey of 14 patients with corneal endotheliitis, these patients were classified into three distinctive clinical categories. Type Ⅰ is acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis; Type Ⅱ acute central corneal edema; Type Ⅲ corneal endotheliitis associated with keratouveitis. The cause of the disease, treatment and differential diagnosis are briefly discussed.
