摘要
采用Humphrey自动视野计黄斑中心色阈值程序,检测一组高眼压症和青光眼患者;发现原发性青光眼的黄斑中心颜色明度敏感性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001);该检测方法对于早期青光眼的敏感性分别是62.12%(红色)、75.76%(绿色)和72.21%(蓝色)。作者认为,由于眼压升高使W-BK单位(明度单位)及其传入神经纤维受到损害,从而造成黄斑中心颜色明度敏感性降低。
Macula fovea color threshold program of Humphrey automated field analyzer was used for measuring the patients with ocular hypertension (17 eyes)and the patients with primary glaucoma (72 eyes). The results showed that macula fovea color brightness sensitivity of patients with primary glaucoma decreased obviously, difference between the patients and normal controls was high statistically significant (P<0.001). The sensitivities of macula fovea color threshold detecting method for patients in early stage were 62.12%(red color), 75.76% (green color) and 72.2% (blue color).This detecting method had some advantages, for example, operating simply, non-consumed time, showing results automatically and quantitatively. The authors put forth that damages of W-BK units and their afferent nerve fibers due to elevated intraocular pressure might be the cause of decreasement of color brightness sensitivity.
