摘要
以某乙烯工程乙烯装置中的汽油分馏塔为例,介绍了超大型设备现场预制及组焊过程中的质量控制方法。通过对斜切向超大接管开孔进行二次放样,并采用合理的接管组焊及裙座组焊工艺和加固措施等,使塔器的关键尺寸得到有效控制。
This article takes a gasoline fractionating tower in an ethylene plant of ethylene project as an example.It mainly introduces some quality control methods for prefabrication and site assembly welding.Through the second time layout of the super-sized nozzle opening with chamfered cutting,adopting reasonable nozzle assembly welding and skirt welding technologies and reinforcement measures,the key dimensions of the towers can be controlled effectively.
