我国氢氧化铝阻燃剂现状及发展

The present situation and development of domestic aluminium hydroxide flame retardant

氢氧化铝是一种重要的无机阻燃剂,其应用领域和使用量不断扩大。国内利用烧结法精液有机物含量低的优势,大力发展氢氧化铝阻燃填料产业,产品质量和技术水平有了很大的提高.但与国外先进水平相比,仍存在较大差距.本文对国际知名氢氧化铝阻燃剂企业的产品进行了简要介绍,并通过对比国内外氢氧化铝阻燃剂产品现状,找出国内外产品间的差距,并对国内氢氧化铝阻燃剂提出了发展方向及建议。

Aluminium hydroxide is an important environmental inorganic flame retardant and its application domain and consumption is being enlarged continuously.Taking advantage of low content of organic matters in sintering process,the domestic enterprises strive to develop the industry of aluminum hydroxide flame retardant,both the quality of products and level of technology being improved greatly.However,there is a great discrepancy between domestic products and external advanced products.The paper introduced briefly the aluminum hydroxide flame retardant produced in the world-known enterprises and found out defects of domestic products by comparing with external products.The developing direction and suggestion to the domestic aluminum hydroxide flame retardant was proposed in this paper.
