My Opinion on the Labor Union Work of University Library in the New Period

高校图书馆工会对图书馆其他各项工作尤其是服务质量的提高有着至关重要的作用,高校图书馆应重视和支持工会建设。探讨了工会工作在高校图书馆中的作用及其体现,提出了新时期做好工会工作的对策。

The labor union work of university library has very important influence on each work of the library especially on the improvement of service quality. University library should pay attention to and support the construction of the labor union. This paper prokes into the functions of labor union in university library and the embodiments of these functions, and puts forward somd counternieasures for making good job in labor union work in the new period.
