Probe into How to Perfect the Library Work of Higher Vocational College

高职院校图书馆是高等职业教育培养人才的重要条件之一,图书馆工作的状况影响着高职院校办学水平。分析了目前高职院校图书馆工作中存在的主要问题,提出应当多渠道提升图书馆工作人员素质,优化图书文献资源配置,更新图书馆服务观念,拓展图书馆服务功能,以适应高职教育发展的需要。

The library of higher vocational college is one of the important conditions for talent cultivation of higher vocational education, and the situation of library work restricts the school-running level of higher vocational college. This paper analyzes some main problems existing in the current library work of higher vocational college, and points out that the higher vocational college should improve the quality of librarians through variable channels, optimize the configuration of library＇s literature resources, renew library＇s service concept and expand library＇s service function to fit in with the requirements of the development of higher vocational education.
