当前,我国地方政府在执行力方面存在着有令不行、执行过程中沟通与协调不畅、行政成本趋高、执行人员不作为等突出问题。在对上述问题及其成因进行分析的基础上,提出了应深化行政制度改革、健全行政问责制、培育良好的执行文化环境、提升政府执行人员的素质等方面的对策建议。
