摘要
1例34岁女性患者因精神分裂症服用舒必利0.4 g,2次/d,苯海索4 mg,2次/d,共4年。1年前开始反复出现排便、排尿障碍,10余天前加重。体格检查示下腹稍膨胀,肠鸣音减弱。血常规检查示血白细胞计数为26.7×10~9/L,中性粒细胞0.92。腹部超声及CT检查示麻痹性肠梗阻、尿潴留。考虑为长期联合服用舒必利和苯海索所致。停用二药并给予对症支持治疗,患者症状好转出院。
A 34-year-old woman received combined treatment with sulpiride 0.4 g twice daily and trihexyphenidyl 4 mg twice daily for 4 years for schizophrenia.One year ago,the patient repeatedly developed defecation and urination disorders.Her symptoms worsened more than 10 days ago.Physical examination showed mild distension of the lower abdomen and hypoactive bowel sounds. Routine blood tests showed a white blood cell count of 26.7×10~9/L with neutrophils 0.92.Abdominal ultrasound and CT examinations revealed paralytic ileus and urinary retention.It was considered to be associated with the concomitant long-term use of sulpiride and trihexyphenidyl.Both drugs were stopped and symptomatic and supportive treatments were given.Her symptoms improved and she was discharged.
