绿色木霉发酵生产纤维素酶及其降解壳聚糖的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对绿色木霉发酵生产纤维素酶的最优化培养条件及其降解壳聚糖的条件进行研究。方法:以纤维素酶的活力和壳聚糖的黏度为指标,对各种影响因素进行优化。结果:发酵培养基中的碳源和氮源对绿色木霉产纤维素有较大的影响,其最佳碳源为1.5%的葡萄糖,最佳氮源为0.3%的硫酸铵;最佳pH5.0,最佳温度30℃,最佳接种量10%;纤维素酶降解壳聚糖的最佳反应条件:温度50℃,pH5.6,反应时间6h。结论:纤维素酶具有良好的降解壳聚糖的能力。 The optimal culture conditions of cellulase production by Trichoderma viride and the optimal conditions of chitosan degradation by cellulase were studied.The results indicated that carbon sources and nitrogen sources in fermentation medium have obvious impact on the production of cellulase.The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose of 1.5% and ammonia sulfate of 0.3%,respectively.The optimal pH,temperature and inoculation were 5.0,30 ℃ and 10%,respectively.the optimal reaction conditions of chitosan degradation were 50 ℃,pH of 5.6 and the reaction time of 6 h.
