Research of Electroretinography for 580 Eyes with Retinitis Pigmentosa

统计和分析了580眼视网膜色素变性患者的视力、视野、暗适应和ERG检查结果。讨论了ERG与患者年龄、性别、视力、视野、暗适应之间的关系。指出ERG波型熄灭是视网膜色素变性的临床特征之一。ERG检查在视网膜色素变性患者的诊断(特别是早期诊断)、治疗以及预后等方面有重要意义。

This paper presents the results of statistics and analysis of 580 eyes of patients with retinitis pigmentosa in which vision, visual field, dark adaptation and electroretinography (ERG) were examined. The results iadicated that the waive of electroretinography extinuished was one of the clinic characteristics of retinitis pigmentosa, and suggested that electroretinography had the important significance in the field of diagnosis (especially in the initial diagnosis), treatment and pr6gnosis, etc. for retinitis pigmentosa.
