清开灵制剂治疗感冒发热的临床文献分析及评价

Analysis and Evaluation on the Literature about Qingkailing Formulations for Treatment of Cold and Fever

目的:了解和评价清开灵制剂在感冒发热治疗中的临床应用情况,指导临床用药。方法:以清开灵、感冒发热为检索词,检索1996—2011年万方数据库,对清开灵制剂的剂型、患者年龄、用法用量、疗效和不良反应等进行统计分析。结果:共检索到7篇文献,病例总计479例。清开灵制剂的不同剂型治疗感冒发热均有较好的疗效;但证型、剂型、剂量及患者年龄等对其疗效均有影响。结论:清开灵制剂可用于治疗外感风热、入里化热之上呼吸道感染引起的发热等症。应根据临床证型合理选用适当的剂型、剂量,同时注意儿童用药的特殊性及注射剂的用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into and evaluate the clinical use of Qingkailing formulations for treatment of cold and fever so as to guide clinical drug use.METHODS： The pertinent literature concerning patients＇ age,dosage form,administration and dosage,efficacy and adverse reaction of Qingkailing formulations during 1996-2011 period in WANFANG database was retrieved with the keyword ＇Qingkailing＇ and ＇cold and fever＇.RESULTS： 7 papers reporting 479 cases were collected.All Qingkailing formulations at different dosage forms showed robust efficacy for cold and fever;however,the efficacy was influenced by such factors as types of symptoms,dosage form,dosage and patients＇ age.CONCLUSION： Qingkailing formulations are effective for affection of exogenous wind-heat and fever resulting from upper respiratory tract infection due to inner heat transformed from wind-heat.The selection of dosage and dosage forms should be based on clinical symptoms,meanwhile great attention should be paid to the specificness in pediatric drug use and safe use of injections.
