2008—2010年北京市顺义区医院口服抗糖尿病药应用分析

Utilization of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs in Beijing Shunyi District Hospital During 2008-2010 Period

目的:通过对我院抗糖尿病药数据统计,了解本院口服抗糖尿病药的使用情况和变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008—2010年口服抗糖尿病药的销售金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果:口服抗糖尿病药销售金额呈逐年明显上升趋势,2009年和2010年分别比上一年底增长22.68%、17.67%;用药频度(DDDs)排序前3位的是阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、格列美脲。结论:我院口服抗糖尿病药应用基本合理,新型口服抗糖尿病药如α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的用量增长较快,但老药如磺酰脲类和二甲双胍应用也占据重要地位。

OBJECTIVE： To study the utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital and it tendency through statistical analysis on the consumption data of antidiabetic drugs in order to provide information for clinic rational administration.METHODS： The consumption sum and DDDs of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drugs from 2008 to 2010 assumed year-on-year increase,up 22.68% in 2009 and 17.67% in 2010.In terms of DDDs,acarbose,metformin and glimepiride dominated the first three places.CONCLUSION： The utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole.The consumption of neotype oral antidiabetic drugs such as α-glucosidase increased sharply;however,the old oral antidiabetic drugs such as sulfonylurea and metformin also occupied an important place.
