HPLC法测定痹病一号合剂中梓醇的含量

Determination of Catalpol in Bibingyihao Mixture by HPLC

目的:建立痹病一号合剂中梓醇的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Shiseido Capcell pak MG C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(1∶99),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:梓醇在0.129 2～6.46μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系r,=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便、快捷、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for determination of catolpol in Bibingyihao mixture.METHODS： By HPLC,the content of catolpol in sample was determined on Shiseido Capcell pak MG C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（1∶99） at flow rate of 1 ml/min with the wavelength set at 210 nm.RESULTS： The calibration curves for catalpol were linear in the concentration range of 0.129 2-6.46 μg with the correlation coefficient（r） at 0.999 9 and average recovery at 99.87%（RSD=1.48%,n=6）.CONCLUSION： This HPLC determination method turned out to be simple,rapid and accurate and it is applicable for quality control of Bibingyihao mixture.
