Adverse Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections Analysis

目的:综合76例中药注射剂致不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药和提高药品管理水平提供参考。方法:根据2008—2010年576例中药不良反应中76例注射剂不良反应,结合中国传统的中药注射液不良反应及原因和药物的使用频率之间的关系,进行数据分析。结果:中药注射剂的不良反应与用药频度之间存在着一定的关系。结论:随着中药注射剂应用变得更加普遍,应加强用药管理和不良反应监测。

OBJECTIVE：Integrated traditional Chinese medicine injection with 76 casesin adverse events for clinical use of drugs and improve drug management to provide a reference.METHODS： From 2008 to 2010,576 cases of adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine in 76 cases of adverse drug reaction,combined with Chinese traditional medicine injection adverse reaction and reason and substance use frequency,data analysis.RESULTS： Traditional Chinese medicine injections of adverse drug events there is a certain relationship between the frequency of use.CONCLUSION： With the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection has become more common,should strengthen the management and adverse drug reaction monitoring.
