摘要
应用肉毒杆菌毒素A(BOTXA)对家猫八十八条直肌和恒河猴三条水平直肌行局部注射,从BOTXA及其抗毒素的局部效应和BOTXA对动物眼位变化的观察这两方面进行实验研究。发现总和注射BOTXA临界剂量应在10(IU),各两两配对组比较P<0.05。抗毒素对BOTXA有明显局部对抗作用,两两配对比较P<0.05。用5~15(IU)BOTXA注射猴水平直肌,能产生预期的限位偏斜,并有可逆性的上险下垂,无全身不良反应。说明眼外肌经BOTXA处理后在功能上发生质与量的改变。
The recti of cats and monkeys had received local injections of botulinum toxin for studies of chemo-denervstion in following aspects. 1. The local effect of botulinum toxin and antitoxin on the ocular muscles of cats. 2. The follow-up investigation on change of oculor alignment after botulinum toxin injection. We found that 5 (IU) of injection is the most appropriate dose in single rectus of cats. No systemic effects were found and the local effect was remarkable. Antitoxin can alter the effect of toxin. An expected change of paralytic effect on the eye alignment was seen in monkeys. No systemic effect or local complications were encountered except the reversible ptosis.
