原发性青光眼的色调分辨力异常

Deficits of Hue Discrimination Ability in Primary Glaucoma

采用FM100-色调试验,发现早期青光眼患者的色调分辨力明显低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学高度显著意义(p<0.001)。原发性青光限的色觉异常具有下述特征:色调分辨力的损害在早期仅累及蓝绿色区及黄色区,至中晚期则累及到各个色区;色觉异常的出现可能先于视野的改变;蓝绿色区色调分辨力的降低与视乳头垂直C/D的扩大有明确的相关。

17 eyes in patients with ocular hypertension, 72 eyes in patients with primary glaucoma and 89 eyes in normal controls were measured by FM 100-hue test. All of the patients were 1.0 or better in visual acuity. The results showed that the ability of hue discrimination of patients with primary glaucoma in early stage was worse than that of normal controls, the difference between them was high statistically significant (p<0.001). Color vision deficits of patients with primary glaucom, a had a feature in which the ability of hue discrimination was only involved in blue-green and yellow spectral region in early stage, and finally to whole spectral region in middle-late stage. In primary glaucoma, color vision deficits might precede the change of visual field and decline of ability of hue discrimination in blue-green spectral region was correlated to the expansion of vertical cup/disc ratio.
