静脉药物配制操作过程中的相关问题分析

目的:解决静脉药物配制过程中一些需要注意的问题。方法:收集院内静脉药物配制操作过程中出现的情况,必要时查阅资料,分析并解决问题。结果:发现有些医护人员未能充分了解和考虑某些药物的理化性质和制剂特点,配制操作不当。结论:要重视药品说明书,根据药物的理化性质和稳定性进行配制操作。为减少配制不当而造成药物质量变化,有必要规范静脉药物配制的技术操作。

Objective：To solve some marked problems on intravenous drug compounding process. Methods： The steps of nosocomial intravenous drug compounding were collected and observed, by access to information if necessary,in order to analyze and solve the problems. Results：That some staff in hospital did not fully understand and consider the physical and chemical characteristics properties of the drugs ang that drug compounding was not fully proper were brought to light obviously. Conclusion ： The instructions of drug, the physical and chemical properties drug, and the compounging steps of drug should be paid attention to, in order to reduce the improper preparation of quality changes caused by drugs, intravenous drug preparation, the standardization operation steps are also necessary.
