超声诊断急性阑尾炎的价值

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎的超声检查价值及影像特征。方法:对经手术病理证实的118例急性阑尾炎患者的超声声像资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组118例有典型声像图改变确诊为急性阑尾炎者95例(80.5%)。结论:超声检查对临床疑诊的急性阑尾炎具有明确的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。

Objective：To explore the value of the ultrasnonic diagnosis and image features on acute appendicitis. Method：Make a retrospective analysis on uhrasonogram of 118 eases pathological acute appendicitis. Resuits ： 95 in 118 cases （ 80. 5 percent）, was diagnosed by acute appendicitis with characteristic change in ultrasonogram. Conclusion： Ultrasonic check is useful to clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis on acute appendicitis.
