昏迷患者的院前急救思维

目的:探讨昏迷患者的病因、诊断要点及院前急救思维,以提高应急处理能力。方法:选择2009～2010年以昏迷出诊患者的院前急救记录、抢救记录、住院病历等资料进行回顾性分析。结果:58.5%的患者能在院前做出病因诊断,且与急诊室诊断符合率达94.25%,发病原因前3位的是中毒性疾病(41.48%,185/446),脑血管意外(30.49%,136/446),糖尿病昏迷(8.37%,39/466),现场死亡比7.69%。结论:合理的院前急救流程能缩短抢救时间,提高抢救效率,可以减低昏迷的死亡率和致残率,也帮助诊断。全面合理的院前急救思维非常重要。

Objective：To explore the thinking and diagnosis and pre-hospital emergency treatment of coma patients.Methods：Retrospective analysis was used for analyze the pre-hospital first-aid records,rescue records,and admission records of coma patients from January 2009 to December 2010in Medical Emergency Center of Lianyungang.Results：About of 585% coma patients was diagnosed at pre-hospital.The top three kinds of diseases were poisonous diseases（41.48%）,cerebral vascular accident（30.49%）,and diabetes（8.37%） and that 7.69% of such patients have been dead at pre-hospital.Conclusion：We draw the conclusion that proper pre-hospital first-aid procedure is helpful to shorten the time to save the patient,enhance the efficiency of rescue and reduce death rate by coma.It is also useful to diagnosis in patients with coma.It is important that thinking through and right of pro-hospital emergency treatment for coma patients.
