支气管哮喘与蜂王浆临床相关性分析

目的:阐明支气管哮喘与蜂王浆的临床关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法:选择自愿观察者220例,随机分为服药组120例,对照组100例,分别给予服用蜂王浆或葡萄糖,观察支气管哮喘的发病率,了解支气管哮喘与服用蜂王浆的关系。结果:服药组有17例观察者诱发支气管哮喘,发病率14.2%,对照组有4例观察者诱发支气管哮喘,发病率4.0%;X2=5.41,P<0.05,故两者差异有统计学意义。结论:蜂王浆可以诱发或加重支气管哮喘。
