妊娠高血压综合征患者纤维结合蛋白的水平检测

摘要 妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）是产科常见的严重威胁母婴健康的并发症之一。其病因和发病机制至今尚不完全清楚,目前认为血管内皮细胞功能紊乱在其发病机制中发挥重要作用[1]。研究发现纤维结合蛋白（Fn）参与血管内皮细胞功能失调在妊娠高血压综合征中发挥重要作用。
