摘要
青光眼血管搭桥术,采用内眦静脉分支睑静脉或鼻额静脉血管岛与角巩膜瓣吻合,房水直接引入静脉系统。内眦静脉管从半透明的球结膜下表层走行,减少血管腔粘连缩窄。研究血管岛的网状结构与周边角膜内皮细胞阿米巴运动的活性,有助于血管岛网孔的调节,跟压能稳定在1.995kPa以下。光镜下观察血管岛近端和远端的组织学结构,判断设计合理,效果满意,但血管岛因人而异,有增有减,掌握难度较大。
The method of vascular drainage for treating glaucoma changes the traditional extraneous route of aqueous humor, directly to transfer into the venous system. Experimental hypertension might be produced by closing the vortex veins, then decreasing intraocular pressure with intra and extra-vascular drainage procedure ('to build bridge' operation), examining the flowing velocity of the aqueous and injecting the saline into the anterior chamber 242 times more than secreting aqueous per minuta. Seven digits fo filtering operations and 'to build bridge' operation were Compared. The visual acuity and the visual field could be preserved by this new procedure and the blood supply of the optic nerve might be improved.
