一起由沙门菌引起的食物中毒调查报告 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对一起由沙门菌引起的食物中毒的发生原因分析。方法:通过流行病学调查,临床资料分析和实验室检验结果,进行判断分析。结果:经实验室检验,结合流行病学特点,临床症状,确认为一起由沙门菌属B群,鼠伤寒沙门菌引起的细菌性食物中毒事件。结论:发生食物中毒的原因与熟食未热熟与砧板生熟不分造成的交叉感染引起的食物中毒,并在食用前未能将熟食彻底完全加热透有关,从而细菌大量生长繁殖,食用后而引起的食物中毒。
