摘要
本实验用自由落体方式造成家兔视网膜震荡模型,用玻璃体腔内注射辣根过氧化物酶及电镜、光镜等方法观察伤后病理过程。结果表明:眼球挫伤所致的视网膜苍白是由于视网膜广泛损伤、视细胞外段盘膜破溃,细胞内、外水肿所引起,挫伤引起的内界膜的破裂、肿胀及辣根过氧化物酶易透过内界膜提示“玻璃体——视网膜屏障”被破坏,表明内界膜损伤参与Berlin水肿机制。
The experimental model of commotio retinae was developed by means of a free falling lead ball on the cornea of rabbits. The pathological Process was investigated with light and electron microscopy and enzyme labelling, which the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was injected into vitreous gel 30 minutes before enucleation. The results shown: the retina opaque by blunt trauma is due to the disrupture of out segment of photoreceptor and edemata of intra- and extra-cellular.The contusive injury leads to the rupture and swelling of inner limiting membrane and permeation of HRP into inner limiting membrane.This may prompt the destruction of 'vitreous - retina barrier'.The study suggests that the mechanism of the Berlin's edema related with the damagement of inner limiting membrane after contusion
