摘要
本文报告了应用导光电凝电极做球壁异物定位,效果良好。可省去缝“方格定位器”的麻烦,有一定的实用价值。在检眼镜的直视下,即可在眼底看到其光斑和异物所在。如光点恰与异物相一致,便可踩脚踏开关进行透热电凝;便可由此处顺利吸出球壁异物。
The application of optical fiber electrocoagulation electrode in the localization of foreign body in the wall of eyeball was reported.The practical value of which was shown by its good results of clinical application,and avoiding the troublesome of stitching lattice locator',The light spot and the foreign body can be viewed by the aid of the penetrating light.If the spot light were just in line with the position of the foreign body, the diathermal electrocoagulation was performed and the foreign body was removed from this site.
