摘要
观察了30例眼球钝挫伤病人的ERG变化,发现有24例出现了异常,ERG的改变可分为五种类型,其中以b波异常为特征的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型最多.b波降低与视力呈明显的负相关,与眼部的损伤程度和预后也有关系。我们认为眼球钝挫伤后ERG异常的不同类型,实际上是视网膜损伤部位及程度不同的电生理表现,因此,在眼球钝挫伤后ERG可以作为判断视网膜损伤程度的一种客观指标,同时也能为视力预后的判断提供依据。
30 patients with concussional injury to the globe were viewed and abnormal ERG was shown in 24 cases, on five different types. Type Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ with a decreased b wave were the most common types. The decreased b wave had a marked connection with visual acuity and degree of injury to the globe and prognosis. We think that the different types of ERG reveal different appearences of damage in lccation and degree of retina. Therefore, ERG is valuable as an objective ndex to discriminate the degree of damage of retina and prognosis of visual acuity
