射线兔视网膜效应超微结构的实验观察 被引量:3

摘要 视网膜对放射线效应较其他眼组织更有耐受力。本实验用1000radγ射线照射灰兔眼部,在第3天、30天、60天取材用透射电镜观察视网膜的改变,了解杆细胞损伤的归转。第3天样本观察到外核层、内节、外节的部分结构有明显的损伤,30天的病变好转,60天未发现明显的改变。初步观察表明γ射线1000rad照射引起的杆细胞损伤是可逆的。 The retina is more resistant to radiation than Other oculer tissues.In the experimentation, the eyes of grey rabbits were exposed to tO00 rad of γ-radiation. The retina was dissected and examined with a transmission electron microscope. In 3,30 and 60 days following radiation,we found that the damages after 3 days was apparent partially in the outer segments of the photoreceptors.30days after radiation the damages subsided.No apprarent destruction was discovered in the retina after 60 days.It suggest that the damages of the retinas after 1000 rad radiation may be recovered.
