眼科用高频率B超仪对眼内异物诊断和定位的评估(附60例报告)

The Diagnosis and Localization to Intraocular Foreign Body with High Frequency B-scan Ultrasonic Diagnostic Equipment for Ophthalmology

应用眼科用高频率B超仪时60例眼内异物诊断和定位,并与常规x线检查比较。手术结果表明B超的异物检出率和定位符合率均为100％,x线检查的异物检出率71.7％、定位符合率81.8％。认为B超不但能显示眼内非金属异物,对x线未能显示的微小金属异物亦能清楚显示,本文B超检出的最小金属异物为0.3×0.3mm,仅重0.24mg。B超对眼内异物的定位,尤其对晶体内和眼球壁附近的异物定位准确。并能了解眼内异物并发的眼球损伤。这些都弥补了x线检查的不足。

60 cases of intraocular foreign body were diagnosed and licalization with high frequency B-scan ultrasonic diagnostic epuipment for ophthalmology. It was compared with routine radiography. Ope rative results showed that the accurate rate of the B-ultrasound dignosis and localization was 100%. The accurate rate of X-ray examination was 71.7% for the dignosis and 81.8% for the localization. The non-metallic foreign body and smaler metallic foreign body which could ont been found by may be seen clearly with the B-ultrasound epuipment. The smallest metallic foreign body by B-ultrasound is 0.3×0.3mm, wei 0.24mg. Thlocalization of foreign body was accurate within lens and close the scleroal ese pecialy. The B-ultrasnography can also afford whether there are comlication. hwen searching for foreign body. These are good eomlement to radiography.
