二硫化碳作业工人视网膜微动脉瘤与血脂的关系

The Relationship between Retinal Microaneurysms and Blood-fat of Workers Exposed to CS2

本文对924名二硫化碳作业工人在健康监护中发现视网膜微动脉瘤26例(2.81％),其中18例伴有血脂增高(69.23％)。在年龄轻、工龄短两组中视网膜微动脉瘤病例都伴有血脂增高。本文认为高血脂症可能是视网膜微动脉瘤形成的重要前提,对接触cs_2年青的作业工人发现视网膜微动脉瘤伴有血脂增高者具有重要的临床意义。

There are 26 cases(2.81%) of ret nal microaneurysms among 924 workers exposed to cs_2 under the condition Of health check. And 18 cases among the 26 (69.23%) were associated with the increasing of the blood-fat. Among the young workers who have worked for shorter duration, there are two groups of them who suffered from retinal microaneurysms and in the meantime their blood-fat has increased. Thus the authors suggest in the paper that hyperlipidemia may be the main cause to the retinal microaneurysms. It has significant meaning for the young workers exposed to cs_2.
