三种交叉配血法的应用比较

Comparison of 3 kinds of cross matching methods in clinical application

目的了解微柱凝胶法、凝聚胺法和盐水法3种交叉配血法的应用特点。方法采用微柱凝胶法、凝聚胺法和盐水法3种方法交叉配血并进行比较。结果 500例血标本中,11例微柱凝胶法不合,9例凝聚胺法不合,而盐水法全部可合。微柱凝胶法的灵敏度高最高,盐水法灵敏度最低。结论建议用盐水法、凝聚胺法和微柱凝胶法3种方法同时进行交叉配血。

Objective To learn the characteristics of three kinds of cross matching methods including saline method,polybrene gel method and gel cassette method and their significance in clinical application.Methods Comparison among saline method,polybrene gel method and gel cassette method in blood cross matching was carried out in this laboratory.Results Among five hundred blood samples,11 samples were unmatchable with gel cassette method,nine were unmatchable with substandard polybrene gel method,while all samples can be matched with saline method.Conclusion Saline method may lead to missed detection of antibody,and gel cassette method is more sensitive than polybrene gel method.
