摘要
主要论述了基于dsPIC30f4013的高精度数控直流电源的设计原理及实现方法。该稳压电源以开关稳压芯片LM2596为基础,把开关直流稳压电源的高效率性和嵌入式系统的高精度数据采集处理能力相结合,用I^2C总线的数字电位器MAX5478实现输出电压的微步进调节。设计的开关电源具有输出电流保护功能、LCD1602实时显示电压电流、矩阵键盘人机交互功能。软件采用MAPLAB编译,整个系统经过测试运行稳定。
The article Mainly discusses the design principle and method of high-precision digital controlled DC power supply based on dsPIC30f4013. The power supply is based on the switching regulator chip LM2596 ,which combine the high-efficiency switching devices and high-precision data acquisition and processing capabilities. In the system, digital potentiomete MAX5478 that based on IxC bus is used to achieve the adjustment of output voltage. The switch power supply system has the following function which can achieve the output over current protection, LCDI602 real-time display the voltage and current, matrix keyboard interactive features. MAPLAB compile is used to write software. The entire system has been tested to run stably.
