经皮肾镜取石术后高热患者的外科处理9例

摘要
临床资料本组9例经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）术后高热患者：男7例，女2例，平均年龄43岁，平均住院天数18．1d。术前有体外碎石史5例，PCNL史2例，肾盂切开取石史1例，同时双侧经皮肾取石的2例，合并输尿管结石同时行输尿管镜下碎石1例，结石残留Ⅱ期取石的2例，不同程度肾功能不全的2例，术前伴发热1例，尿常规白细胞（＋＋）8例，伴有患肾轻度积水2例，中度积水2例，重度积水3例，合并糖尿病肾积脓2例。
