肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤临床诊治及文献复习:附5例报告

The diagnosis and treatment of renal oncocytoma and review of literatures:Report of 5 cases

目的探讨肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤(RO)的临床诊治方法,加深对其认识,提高诊治水平。方法回顾2007年至2010年我们收治的5例RO患者的临床资料,结合文献分析。患者4男1女,年龄39～77岁,平均50.8岁。结果术前均诊断为肾癌。2例行"肾癌根治术"。3例行肾部分切或肿瘤剜除术。送检标本均证实为RO。术后恢复顺利,随访中位数15个月(9～48个月)无复发转移。结论 RO是一种良性肿瘤,预后良好。术前仅靠临床症状和影像特征难以与肾细胞癌区分达到正确诊断。

Objective To analyze the clinical course of renal oncocytoma （RO） in our institution, with the purpose of improving the diagnostic and therapeutic level of this disease. Methods 2007 and 2010, five paitients （4 male and 1 woman） suffered from RO were analyzed retrospectively. The mean age was 50.8 years, ranged from 39 to 77 years. The literatures about this disease were reviewed. Results All patients were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma preoperation. Two cases were treated with radical nephrectomy. Partial nephrectomy or tumor enucleation were performed in other three patients. The pathological diagnoses were RO after surgery. The postopereative course were uneventful. The mean follow-up time was 15 months （9 to 48 months）. No recurrence or distant metastasis were observed. Conclusions RO is a benign tumor with excellent long-term prognosis. Identification with renal cell carcinoma preoperative is difficult only by clincal symptoms and radiologieal characteristics.
