摘要
目的观察空腹静脉血标本静置时间对常规生化检验结果的影响。方法随机抽取134例住院患者早晨空腹静脉血标本,每例血标本分别放置于3个试管内,分别在1 h、2 h、3 h分离血清,检测血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、钾、钠、氯、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素9个项目。结果血糖采血后2 h与3 h、氯采血后3 h与1 h检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测空腹血糖采血时应注明时间,1 h内分离血清进行检测;氯应在采血后2 h内分离血清进行检测。
Objective To observe the impact of laying - aside time of fast venous blood samples on the laboratory results of routine biochemical items. Methods A total of 134 patients were selected randomly and their fasting blood samples were collected into 3 different test tubes. Serum was separated 1 h, 2 h, and 3 h later respectively. Altogether 9 items inclu- ding blood glucose, urea nitrogen, creat inine, potassium, sodimn, chlorine, glutamic - pyruvic transaminase, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin were detected. Results In terms of the detected blood glucose concentration results, there was statistcal significance between 2 h and 3 h of blood samples laying aside. In terms of blood chlorine, there was statistical significance between 3 h and 1 h later the blood samples being collected ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion If blood sample was prepared for detecting fasting blood glucose, it should be marked the time of being collected. The blood sample should be detected within 1 h after collection. For blood chloride detection, it is better to detect it within 2 h after sample collection.
