摘要
本文从企业社会责任的基本理论入手,在实证调查的基础上,对浙江民营企业社会责任认知度和履行现状进行了分析,进而提出当前推进民营企业社会责任的关键是:构架既体现行业特色,又与民营企业发展阶段相应的民营企业社会责任标准及其运行、推进机制,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层次探讨了民营企业社会责任治理与实现的路径。
Following the fundamental theories about corporate social responsibilities as well as the pragmatic researches,this paper analyzed of the cognition and practice situation about social responsibilities of private-run enterprises in Zhejiang,put forward the key to promoting social responsibilities of private-run enterprises,that is,to construct the standards as well as the practicing and promoting mechanisms for social responsibilities of private-run enterprises which can not only show their industrial characteristics,but also conform to the developing stages of private-run enterprises.Moreover,the paper discussed the administration and realization ways of social responsibilities of private-run enterprises from macro,intermediate and micro levels.
