摘要为实现面向信号的测试,研究了基于STD（signal test definition）标准的测量模型,包括固有测量（intrinsic measurement）模型和属性测量（generic measurement）模型,不仅在理论上对2种模型进行分析比较,还以复杂方波信号为例进行仿真实验,通过实验数据说明2种测量模型在特定场合的应用。
