443例外伤性白内障临床处理

The Clinical Management of 443 Cases of Traumatic Catarct

本文总结了我院1977～1986年收治的外伤性白内障443例,446眼。193次外伤性白内障手术成功率为93.78％。讨论了手术时机和手术方式的选择。最佳手术时间是受伤4天或4天以后、晶体全部混浊和膨胀时。≥35岁患者,可以选择性地施行小切口针吸术(<5mm)。伴有活动性葡萄膜炎者,可早期行白内障手术。

433 cases (446 eyes)of traumatic cataract: collected during the period from 1977 to 1986 were studied, the success rate of 193 operations of traumatic cataract was 93.78%. The timing and lection of the mode of operation have been discussed. The best operation time is on fourth day or later since the ocular injuried and during lens bsing total opague or and swelling. The cataract aspiration with a small incision (<5mm)may be selectively performed on the patient ≥35 years old. The patient ccompanied with tctire uveitis may be early performed the cataract extraction.
