目前农村普遍存在的伦理道德危机和信仰危机,凸显我国农村文化的一些缺失,因此,加强农村文化建设显得尤为紧迫。深刻分析农村文化建设面临的诸多问题、困境及其原因并有针对性地采取措施,尽快消除城乡二元体制,加强农村文化建设,成为当前新农村建设的重要课题和当务之急。

Crisis of prevailing ethical and moral faith are wide spread which highlighting the lack of rural culture in rural areas. Therefore, it＇s particularly urgent o strengthen cultural development in rural areas. Depth analysis on difficulties and causes in construction of rural culture and to eliminate urban- rural dual structure is an important issue of new and urgent in new countryside construction.
