In the speech of 90th anniversary, General Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Hu Jintao proposed that we are currently facing four negative risk of mental slack, lack of capacity, out of masses and passive corruption. It＇s a major theoretical and practical issue to innovate the Party building. Guilin has rich red educational resources and has a feature of ＂unique spiritual experience and baptism ＂. Development of red educational resources are of great value in innovation of Party building and in cracking the ＂four dangers＂.
