川气东送管道工程管材质量控制技术介绍

Analysis on Quality Control for Tubular Goods Used in Sichuan-Eastern Gas Transportation Pipeline Project

川气东送管道工程管线,全长2200km,实现了从原料炼钢、轧制到制管以及感应加热弯管的全面国产化,是国内首条全面国产化的重点长输管线。工程经过"合理设计,精心策划,严密组织,监督检查",从标准制定、产品试制、检验评价、驻厂监理等方面保证管材质量,并严格控制,确保管线顺利建成和投产。并且取得一定科技成果,积累了重大管道工程项目用管材开发的技术和经验,在后续重要长输管道工程项目得到了推广和应用。

Sichuan-Eastern Gas Pipeline Project with length of 2 200 km is the first overall China localization keystone long-distance transportation pipeline,which realized localization from steel-making,rolling, pipe manufacturing and induction heating bend pipe. The project was carried out under the principle of＂reasonable design ,dedicated planning, rigorous organization,supervision and inspection＂. The pipe quality was guaranteed and controlled from the following respects,such as standard draft, trial production,test and inspection evaluation,mill supervision etc.,to ensure the pipeline project to be constructed and put into operation. Meanwhile,the technical achievement were obtained,and technology, and experience for developing tubular goods used in significant pipeline projects were accumulated ,which can be widely used and promoted in subsequent similar pipeline projects.
