摘要
介绍了日本高层建筑最常用的支撑构件——高强度大直径厚壁钢管的使用概况,JFE公司生产的建筑用大直径厚壁钢管的研发进展以及该类钢管在力学性能和焊接性等方面的特殊要求。通过调整钢板的化学成分及制造工艺,以减小钢管基体材料的屈强比;同时还要考虑制管前后钢板力学性能的变化,通过调整制管工艺减少加工硬化,如加热成型或制管后进行热处理等,以保证所生产的钢管具有低屈强比和足够的韧性,满足高层建筑的使用要求。
In this article, it introduced the general situation of using large diameter steel pipe with high strength and heavy wall thickness, which is used in high-rise building as a support component in Japan, also introduced the research and development course, as well as special requirements in mechanical performance and weldability in building pipe produced by JFE Company. Adjusting chemical composition and manufacturing process of steel plate to reduce yield ratio of steel pipe base material, meanwhile considering mechanical performance variety in steel plate before and after pipe forming; adjusting manufacturing process to reduce processing hardness block, such as heating forming and heat treatment after pipe formed, so as to guarantee enough yield ratio and toughness for steel pipe, to meet the application requirements to high-rise building.
