社区脑卒中病人照顾者照顾能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of care ability of community stroke patients' caregivers

[目的]了解苏州社区脑卒中病人照顾者照顾能力现状及影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查方式对110例脑卒中病人及其家属基本资料及照顾能力进行调查分析。[结果]家属照顾者照顾能力高于香港地区常模,适应照顾角色这一维度困难最大。对照顾能力有影响的因素分别是病人发生脑卒中次数、是否接受专业康复训练、糖尿病史以及照顾者照顾时间、与病人关系、性别、文化程度。[结论]影响家属照顾者照顾能力的因素是多方面的,应给予家属照顾者个体化的干预,方能为病人提供长久的护理。

Objective：To know about the status quo and influencing factors of care ability of community stroke patients＇ caregivers in Suzhou city.Methods：A total of 110 stroke patients and their family members were investigated and analyzed about basic information and care ability by using questionnaire.Results：The care ability of stroke patients＇ family caregivers in Suzhou was better than Hong Kong norm,and this dimension to adapt to the role of caregivers was the most difficult.The influencing factors of care ability included the times of patients＇ stroke,whether rehabilitation training or not,the history of DM,care time of caregivers,relationship with patients,the gender and educational background.Conclusion：There are many factors to influence care ability of family caregivers,and individualized intervention should be taken for caregivers to provide long-term care for stroke patients.
