基于提升就业能力改革创新高职思想政治教育

On Innovation of Higher Vocational Ideology and Polities Edueation in the View of Improvement of the Employment Capability

高职思政教育既要解决学生的理想信念问题,又要在培养学生就业职业发展所需的综合素质、能力方面发挥应有作用,笔者试图从高职思想政治教育主体(施教者、受教者)的理念转变,高职思想政治教育内容、教育方式的改进创新等路径着手,达到提升高职学生就业能力的目的。

Higher Vocational Ideology and Politics Education should not only solve the ideal conviction problems ot students, but also play a role in cultivating the comprehensive qualities and abilities which are essential for employment requirement. The author attempts to reach the purpose of improving the employment capability of higher vocational students, through the approach of changing the concepts of higher vocational education subjects （educators and educatees）, the contents of higher vocational ideology and politics, and the innovation of education methods.
