高职学生公寓思政教育软机制建设的探索

Exploration on Soft Mechanism Construction of Ideologieai and Politicai Edueation of Students' Dormitory in Vocational College

高职院校学生公寓管理在规章管理制度(本文简称"硬制度")执行方面存在效果不佳的困惑,有学生学习基础与社会的深层原因所致;公寓思政管理与服务难有质的提升;本文通过尝试公寓思政教育管理软机制的建设,弥补高职公寓思政管理硬制度的不足,以丰富高校学生公寓思政教育的内涵。

There is a confusion of inefficiency in carrying out of the rules and management systems （hereafter referred to as ＂Hard System＂） of students＇ dormitory administration in vocational college. Because of the underlying reason of students＇ learning base and society, it is difficult to improve the management and service of ideological and political education of students＇ dormitory. The thesis attempts to supplement the hard system and rich the connotation of ideological and political education of students＇ dormitory in vocational college.
