摘要
湖南宝山有色金属矿业有限责任公司深部矿体开采时建立井下废石破碎系统,采用颚式破碎机和复合破碎机在井下对废石进行两级破碎,应用脱水网格振动筛脱去一级破碎废石中的含水浆体,有效解决高含水废石破碎时堵塞复合破碎机的问题,并应用密闭或半密闭方式通风除尘系统改善破碎硐室空气粉尘问题,实现了井下废石不出窿,废石破碎骨料直接用于井下采场胶结充填。
The crushing systerm in the underground is built at the deep mining of Baoshan Mine,and two-stage crushing on underground waste-rock is made with jaw crusher and compound crusher The dewatering screen is adopted to take off watery slurries from the first crushing,which is effective to solve the blocking problem of compound crusher in high watery waste-rock breaking.And ventilating and dusting system with the hermetic and half hermetic way is applied to purify the air dust of the crushing cave.It realizes to treat waste-rock on-site,and directly use the crushed stone aggregate into the cemented filling in the stope.
