摘要
知识作为企业的一种重要资源,日益成为推动当代社会经济发展的重要力量。本文就组织内员工隐性知识转移为主要研究内容,在结合国内外文献研究的基础上,建立组织内员工隐性知识转移静态博弈模型,通过模型分析得出知识转移过程的四种占优策略均衡,同时建立设定奖惩因子促使博弈双方都选择转移策略的博弈模型。
As a significant resource of enterprise, knowledge has become the main driving force of economic development. In this paper, I mainly research the within-organization tacit knowledge transferring issue based on the state-of-the-art literature, and propose the within-organization tacit knowledge transferring model with static game theory. By analysing this model four dominant balance strategies can be obtained, and then create the model which gives rise to both the two sides in the game choosing transferring strategies with the setting of reward and punishment factors.
