摘要
病人满意度是评价医院服务质量,改进医院工作的重要工具之一。本文基于灰色模糊理论设计病人满意度测评信息系统,介绍了系统的结构、主要功能和采用的数学理论。系统结合灰色关联方法和模糊理论建立综合评价模型,用多层次模糊综合评判方法进行满意度评价,采用等时距GM(1,1)模型进行灰色系统预测。病人满意度测评信息通过这些近代数学理论的处理,其测评分析结果更趋于客观和真实。
Patient satisfaction is an important tool of evaluating medical services quality and improving the work of hospital. This paper designed patient satisfaction information evaluation system based on grey fuzzy theory and introduced the structure, function and mathematical theory adopted by the system. The system constructed comprehensive evaluation model combinng grey correlation method and fuzzy theory, assessed satisfaction using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and adopted equal time interval GM (1,1)model for grey system forecasting. The evaluation results will become more objective and real through the processing of patient satisfaction evaluation information by the modern mathematical theory.
