摘要
介绍了超超临界直流炉的控制特点,分析了其控制系统的现状及难点。针对超超临界直流锅炉多变量、非线性、大延迟、大惯性等特点,在日本三菱公司提供的控制策略基础之上,结合工程实际,提出了合理的控制策略。利用并行前馈、动态参数补偿等手段较好地解决超超临界直流炉的控制难题,合理平衡机炉间能量的供给与需求,解决了机炉间强耦合的问题。在工程实践中,提出了一整套参数整定和优化的方案,取得了比较好的效果。
The control features of the ultra-supercritical once-through boiler were introduced. The situation and the difficulties of the control system were analyzed. For the characteristics of multi-variable, nonlinear, large delay and large inertia in uhra-supereritical once-through boiler, based on the control strategy provided by Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan, combined with engineering practice, the reasonable con- trol strategy was proposed. Using parallel feed-forward and dynamic parameter compensation, the control difficulties of uhra-supercritical once-through boiler control were solved. Using a reasonable balance between boiler-turbine energy supply and demand, the strong coupling problem between boiler and turbine were solved. In engineering practice, a scheme of parameters tuning and optimization was proposed,which achieved good results.
